Returns

  • Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@sipsta.com within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you received the wrong product or a damaged order, please reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Late or Missing Refunds
